Clean the surface with 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Avoid window glass cleaners with ammonia as it can damage the vinyl. Wait until the surface is completely dry. Apply the decal from one direction with a credit card, felt squeegee or plastic scraper to avoid any bubbles. It's best to apply at 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
