  • What is the return/exchange policy?
    All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We are more than happy to refund or replace any manufacturing defects. Please email us at info@nekodecal.com if you received faulty products!

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship internationally to certain countries. You can see if your country is available for shipping at the checkout. We are not responsible for any lost packages or custom fees.

 

  • When will I receive my order?
    Processing time is 1-10 business days, you will be notified once your package is shipped. Domestic shipping time is approximately 3-9 business days, and international shipping time may take up to 8 weeks. They may take longer than usual due to COVID-19.

 

  • Where are you located?
    We do not have a physical retail store but we are located in Northern California, United States!

 

  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order? 
    Please email us at info@nekodecal.com within 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order. We may not be able to cancel or make changes if the order has already been shipped.

    Yes! All of our anime, video game, show inspired fan artworks are created by our artists!
