Order Processing
- We ship from Northern California.
- We process orders within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Pre-orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at info@nekodecal.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address including the unit number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping cost is $4.50 for orders less than $40.
- We offer free U.S. domestic shipping for orders over $40.
Delivery Standards
- Domestic shipping takes up to 7 business days.
- International shipping takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
- Shipping time does not include processing time.
- We are not responsible for lost of packages and shipping carrier delays.
Return & Refund & Exchange
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We are more than happy to refund or replace any manufacturing defects.
