ONLY peel off the backing paper. If you notice the sticker not sticking to a surface, that means you may have peeled the adhesive along with the backing paper.

Clean the surface with 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Avoid window glass cleaners with ammonia as it can damage the adhesive. Wait until the surface is completely dry then apply.
